Once your little one has arrived we understand that your life has changed.

You are busy, tired and adjusting to the challenges of looking after another human. Managing the demands of feeding and settling often means that you put your needs last and forget to look after your own health and recovery.

Whether you have a vaginal delivery or a caesarean section the demands put on your pelvic floor and core are great. It is important to optimise the recovery of these areas and to work to safely strengthening them after the birth.

At Grow Physiotherapy we have a special interest in post natal care.

WE SEE WOMEN FOR:
• Rehabilitation advice
• Childbirth injuries
• Pelvic floor health check
• Abdominal muscle separation
• DeQuervain's tenosynovitis

AND OFFER ADVICE REGARDING:
• Return to pelvic floor safe exercise
• Return to intercourse and intimacy.
